Is your central heating boiler often stopping due to overheating or your radiators too cold or slow to warm up? It could be that the boiler pump has got too slow and weak. In this video is a very cheap fix to bring it make to as new condition for about £7 in one part, the internal AC capacitor.
This pump was on a log burner laddomat unit that circulates the water around a log burning fire with a back burner / water heating built in. With the pump going too slow the log burner would overheat adn set off some overheat stages and alarms. Fixing the AC capacitro in the pump fixed all this.
So here are most of the parts I used, from Amazon or eBay at the best prices and availability as I write this. Using these links will not cost you any more than going there without using these, but it does earn me some few coins and saves you a bit of time.

Only one 2uF capacitor was needed to repair this pump:
2uF 450v AC capacitor, new from eBay UK:

To measure the capacitance value with a multimeter, get ones of these, just check it can measure around 2uF:
