In this video, I beat the Ruin Serpent without taking damage.
The Ruin Serpent is a new world boss introduced in the Genshin Impact 2.6 update. The boss is in the Serpent's Cave area of The Chasm: Underground Mines, which needs quest progress to access.
As a whole, this boss is easy. Simply stay behind it at a small distance away and you will dodge most of its attacks. The trouble comes with the vortex move and its requirement of having at LEAST a LEVEL 2 Lumenstone Adjuvant. Without a Level 2 Lumenstone Adjuvant, you cannot purify the Oozing Concretions that it spawns and uses for attacks. The vortex move is simple to dodge as long as you understand what to look out for. Whenever it is finished doing its opening attack, which can either be a dash into a tail slam or a rolling cone attack, it will either follow up with another one of those attacks, or it will burrow into the ground. If it burrows into the ground, begin sprinting to the complete other side of the arena once you see the drill tail lift up out of the ground. Otherwise, if it does another attack, you are safe.
You can get the Ouroborous achievement by purifying one of the Oozing Concretions while it is charging up its attacks, which I demonstrate in the video.

MANDATORY UNITS:
Lowkey a claymore unit since the rocks are hard to break, but a Level 2 Lumenstone Adjuvant gadget is highly recommended
RECOMMENDED UNITS:
Literally anyone. He is not immune to anything. Bring someone with fast burst damage though since his damage phases are short.

Why basket? Well because all you need to do is get 1 catch and you have the game in your hands.
Also, because the shape is similar to a basket when you do it.
Some notes about this step:
~The timing is a bit strict when it comes to the double tap, since floating costs MP and losing MP when doing a step is NOT a goal you should have.
~Should only be used when an opponent is either Stunned or hit with a Tier 2 Hitstun Level or higher.
~Very very lag sensitive, only viable when against opponents with good connection
~I recommend mastering using the Bounce as a catching tool first before learning this step, This will allow you to check-mate your opponent.
~Useless in PvE.
~Can be done in one direction.
~An extremely effective normals guarding step. This whole step is 1 giant hitbox and cannot be punished with melee attacks without giving the opponent a trade")
