HELP Sports Fans!!!!!!!!
I have a severe case of death wobble and I need help to diagnose it! Any suggestions please leave in the comments below?
I set up a GoPro under my 2004 Suzuki Jimny to see if I could see if that would shed some light on the problem. But my untrained eye canāt see anything apart from a horrendous wobble!!
Kingpins have been suggested a few times and although I am not a mechanic Iām happy to have a go. Itās getting the time to actually do it and the parts donāt come cheap either. I donāt want to commit to doing it only to find it hasnāt solved the problem. There doesnāt seem to be any visible movement or oil leaks. Iād like to know if it is definitely that before changing.
I have changed the Panhard Bushes already and that didnāt make any difference. The Swaybar and drop links have also been removed Iām not sure if this could be adding to the problem. The car has been heavily modified for a long time but the death wobble is a recently new issue as it was fine for many years before.
I will be doing a follow-up video to this of me replacing each part to see if it fixes the problem.
