Hello Sports Fans, I finally got round to fitting a new back box exhaust on my Suzuki Jimny… and it’s been sitting in my shed for YEARS!
In this video, I dig it out, tackle removing the old rusty exhaust (which definitely didn’t go to plan 😅) and fit a new middle section along with the back box. There were a few challenges along the way, including a bit of a temporary bodge, but it got the job done!
To finish things off, I took my daughter out for a proper sound test and compared the stock exhaust vs the new setup so you can hear the difference for yourself.
Honestly, I’m really happy with how it turned out — it’s not too loud or “boy racer”, just a clean, deeper tone that suits the Jimny perfectly.
