Went foraging for wild mountain wasabi in northern Japan! (That day I actually picked a variety of mountain edibles including nettles, shidoke, koshi abura, hari giri, and itadori - but I wanted to focus this video just on wasabi.)

(Sorry about the flickering lights for a couple of the indoor scenes. I know what I did wrong, and will avoid it in the future!)
