Remember that when it comes to surgery, especially facial surgery, a consultation is crucial because there are many treatments and combinations of treatments for the face, including endoscopic procedures, mini-lifts, neck lifts, and variations of blepharoplasties.
Even endoscopic lifting, as I've shown in other posts, has at least three fundamental areas: the periocular area, the malar and zygomatic periocular area, or the area extending to the mandibular angle.
Also remember that the association with regenerative techniques, for example, is a constant in my approach to facial rejuvenation, but it's important to understand where to place these cells for rejuvenation. It could be just the malar and zygomatic area, or it might include the temporal area and even the zygomatic arch and perioral region.
Finally, there's all the neck surgery, from mini-lifts to total NAL lifts, to the intersection and combination with endoscopy. In short, it's truly impossible to talk about a standard facelift, as each of us has our own lift that comes from combining all these techniques.
