The most popular cosmetic surgery procedures in 2025 remain largely unchanged. Unsurprisingly, they include liposuction, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation. However, these are not the types of interventions I typically perform, as my specialty focuses on facial surgery.
I have a particular passion for facial surgery and have published various techniques, such as Mivel, the endoscopic lift, the neck lift, and regenerative facial procedures. In my view, these are the top surgeries of 2025.
These interventions are sometimes sought by relatively young patients who wish to enhance their appearance, as well as by those looking to rejuvenate and subtract a few years from their face.
