This easy knitting tutorial is all about binding off (aka casting off), which is the process of removing the stitches from your needles and creating a neat, finished edge.
It's the basic 'knit bind off' method I'm demonstrating today, which is the most popular and is the one I use to finish most of my knitting projects.

And I also add a note at the end to say that you can do the reverse of this technique, i.e. the 'purl bind off', simply by swapping the knit stitches for purl stitches.
