This simple demo shows you how to knit the 2x2 broken rib stitch, which is perfect for beginners because it only consists of knits and purls. It's not reversible and it's not quite as stretchy as regular ribbing, but it does lie nice and flat.
At the end of the video I also provide the circular knitting pattern if you want to knit this in-the-round instead :)
