In honour of Valentines day, I've created this cam driven kinetic sculpture that reveals a message through an intricate mechanical motion. The curved segments are carefully positioned using the specifically design geometry of the cams. With 3 different symbols based on 3 different cam and follower positions, a beautiful message is revealed.
Made almost fully using 3D printed parts, along with some bearings and screws, this whole sculpture can be assembled in just minutes and can bring a serious wow factor to any birthday, valentines day, anniversary, or any other occasion where it's appropriate to share the simple phrase 'Eye Love U'

Prints on all standard 3d printers without supports, requires the following additional parts to assemble:
- 12 M4x12 Screw (I used amzn.to/3Cf7dpp)
- 12 M4 Washers (These are the ones amzn.to/3Sh129Z)
- 12 624Z 13mm OD/4mm ID Bearings (These work great amzn.to/40Ps10M)
Recommended print settings:
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Infill: 15-18%
Total Print Time: ~45 hours
Total Filament Required: ~600g
Minimum Build Plate Required: 205x205mm
