A unique capability of 3d printing is the ability to produces prints with movable parts that are printed in place. This magical capability is enabled by the layer by layer printing process and the ability of 3d printers to bridge small gaps. In this video, I discuss the technology behind 3d printing objects with moveable parts, how to tune your printer for better prints, and highlight some of my favorite prints.
