3d Printing continues to become less expensive and more approachable as an excellent hobby. Learn about the parts that make up an FDM 3d printer. In the video, I walk through the extruders, Bowden tube, hot end, nozzle, and printer bed on a Monprice Select Mini. The concepts are the same for most FDM 3d printers, including the Prusa, and Creality Ender Printers.

Direct extruder printers like the Prusa i3 MK3 eliminate the Bowden tube and directly connect the extruder to the hot end.

Let's continue to learn things together.
