How South Korea’s AI Boom Is Spilling Into Housing  @CNBCi

America’s AI spending boom is helping fuel record profits and factory expansion for South Korean chip giants Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Their rising shares are creating winners in the stock market. But increasingly, some of those gains are moving into one of South Korea’s most familiar stores of wealth: property.

That creates a two-sided risk. AI may be helping South Korea grow faster, but it could also make two of its toughest economic problems — housing affordability and asset inequality — harder to solve.
