Andy Briggs, CEO of Phoenix Group, reveals the hardest part of leading a consolidator: telling people their jobs are at risk.

“That's definitely the piece I find the toughest — to go to a group and say, you are at risk, these two teams are combining, and there’s going to be 20% less of you as a result,” Briggs told CNBC’s Steve Sedgwick on the latest episode of "Executive Decisions."
