A chat about Tesla Virtual Power Plant and my thoughts on why this is being introduced now and whether or not it's a good idea. Is this another way for Octopus to just gain control of our energy production and make more money for them....sorry, make the grid less reliable on dirty energy?
I received an email from Tesla a few days ago offering me information on the Tesla Virtual Power Plant. Although this has existed since 2019 in other parts of the world, it is now available in the UK to Powerwall users and those on Octopus Flux.
