I loved my Honda CRF250F trail bike. It was a go-anywhere, dead reliable, tree-climbing monster that was easy to ride and required almost no maintenance. Honda has recently upgrade the venerable Honda CRF250 f by adding 50 ccs and making a few other changes and now they're selling the new Honda CRF300F for the same price as the old 250. Is the CRF 300 f worth the upgrade? I headed into the Canadian backcountry to find out.
This may be the most thorough dirt bike test ride and review I've ever done. I spent an entire day riding the crf300f off road on singletrack, to hidden lakes, up muddy hills, through creeks, and over logs. After all that, I'm happy to say that my Honda CRF300F review is incredibly positive. It takes everything that was great about the 250f and improves it without adding cost to the equation. The CRF300f is a worthy upgrade and successor to the 250.
