I just got back from 5 days of riding and camping on the Arizona BDR. This was the first real test of my updated multilayer ADV riding gear setup and it was one heck of a trial by fire. I'm happy to report that I was very comfortable and well protected the entire BDR riding trip, and I wanted to take the time to go through everything I wore on the BDR and talk about how each piece of BDR motorcycle riding gear did.
