These Cinnamon Roll Pancakes really take these classic pancakes to the next level!

Classic Pancake Batter
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups milk or as needed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cinnamon Swirl
8 Tablespoons Butter, melted
3/4 C Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

Icing
4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1 C Powdered Sugar
1-2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or Half & Half
