How to make the famous Chicago Hot Dog. The toppings are just perfect for great tasting hot dogs. Have a hot dog bar with chili, cheese and other toppings for movie night or watching the big game on television.
Ingredients:
Chicago Style Hot Dog Buns with poppy seeds
All beef hot dogs (Vienna/Hebrew Nat'l/Oscar Mayer)
Yellow Mustard
sweet pickle relish
chopped onion
tomato wedges
dill pickle spears (Claussen are great)
Vienna Sport Peppers
Celery Seed

I do not use celery salt, because this does not need added salt
I used Oscar Mayer Beef Hot Dogs, they are VERY good, believe it or not.
