From there, we visit Tribeca, where Michelle Griffith of Douglas Elliman presents a duplex penthouse at 91 Leonard Street. The apartment opens into a formal living room overlooking Madison Avenue, then flows into a connected living area where a bay window defines the family room, a central dining space anchors the layout, and a kitchen with a large island, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast nook completes the main living zone. The bedroom wing separates private spaces across two primary suites, including one with a soaking tub and open city views.
