Ingredients
300ml of Full Fat Cream
300ml of Half Fat Cream
125g Caster Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla Paste or one Vanilla Pod
If you want chocolate ice cream - add 125 g of melted chocolate

100g of chocolate bits
100g of unsalted peanuts
100g of mini marshmallows (optional)

Allow mixture to freeze for at least 4 hours, overnight is better.
