Ingredients
125g Butter
110 g of Caster Sugar
1 Egg
150g of Self Raising Flour
90g White Chocolate Chips
150g Dark Chocolate Chips (use bigger ones chopped up to give a texture)

Bake in over 180c for approximately 15 mins, allow to cool on the tray for about 5 mins, then transfer to a cooling rack.
