Had this happen on my PB run naturally

The start of the glitch is me desperately mashing buttons and then trying pause which thankfully fixed what was a softlock

I think it's cuz the two knights were stacked on top of each other and died at around the same time but I'm sure I've done that before to no glitch so maybe this is something on the new patch or I just got unlucky?
