This is a compilation of our Highway 395 series, including all five parts in one mega video showing Highway 395 from beginning to end. This video includes the sections through the Eastern Sierra, Nevada, Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
Highway 395 begins in the Mojave Desert outside of Hesperia, California and heads north, traveling through what some consider the best road trip in California.
It then enters Nevada, where it cuts through the historic western part of the state.
Once it enters Northern California, the road becomes much more remote, and the number of other cars on the road with you shrinks every mile.
In Oregon, Highway 395 has been called the loneliest road in the state, as there are very few other cars and you can go quite awhile without seeing anyone.
Then, finally the road gets to Washington, where the Highway was first created, as it travels towards the Canadian border.
