A cover of High Road by Mastodon, from their album 'Once More 'Round The Sun'.
Probably one of my favourite songs off the album, there's no way we weren't covering this one!
Both me and Noble are huge fans of Mastodon so of course we want to show this off, and expect more Mastodon covers in the future from time to time!
I think the main riff is definitely quintessential Mastodon that just highlights how you can still have a simple riff sound chunky and sludgy, and definitely some of my favourite vocals from Troy too! This one was a good one to practice my vocals on too and work on my mixing, which hopefully turned out good enough!
