HEMA instructors Jerzy Miklaszewski of Silk Fencing, Poland, against Nick Thomas of Academy of Historical Fencing, Wales & England, UK. Filmed at Fightcamp 2025. Jerzy had a great idea to put Polish basket hilt against Scottish basket hilt, and that is just what we did! These are both big boy swords. The Scottish broadsword is 1.35kg for example.
