Early in the morning on Friday, July 11, 2025, Joe Townsend was crossing East 21st Street at the intersection of Talleyrand Avenue. A Jeep Grand Cherokee hit Townsend; he passed away from his injuries. The driver of the Jeep did not stop; now, we need your help identifying who he or she may be.
