We decided to not rent a car this weekend and spend some time exploring our own neighborhood: KONA!
We tend to forget to explore our own backyard and sometimes exploring your own city doesn’t feel too much like “adventuring” or “traveling,” but it can be just as exciting!
So instead of going off to another side of the Big Island, we decided to check out a couple of places just outside our door.

After getting married, we realized that owning a big house and working at a big company wasn't our definition of success and it certainly wasn’t making us happy.
We realized that we are our happiest when we’re traveling and learning about different cultures, so we decided to follow that passion and go on an adventure around the world.
