Today I am showing you how I prepare for labor and delivery like a witch. There will be some green witch midwifery in here with plants and herbs that you can use to help induce labor, healthy(ish) kitchen witchery - as we will be baking delicious lactation cookies with oatmeal and other goodness, some fun lore and stories about why the stork brings the babies, and last but not least I will be packing my hospital bag - witch edition!
Of course, there is lots of info in here for my witch mamas - but I hope you will also find it entertaining if you are not planning on making your own crotch goblins.

Tea blend to help with natural clearing out after MC (please always consult with your health care professional first before taking any herbal medicine!!!):
Equal parts lady's coat, calendula, yarrow herb, shepherd's purse
Lactation cookies
250g rolled oats
100g raisins
50g fresh blueberries
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp natron
Pinch of salt
200g flour
200g brown sugar
Generous dash of cinnamon
250g butter at room temperature
2 eggs
vanilla extract
A handful of nuts of choice
