This is my first amv to one of the most brilliant animes ever made, Shingeki no Kyojin.
I have soooo much love for this show. Chances are that you've watched it, but if you haven't then you must. And if you watch it you have to watch to at least episode 3 (although watching until 4 would be better). I have a theory that if you watch SNK and you hate it, just watch till episode 3 and it'll change your mind. When I first saw episode 2 back in April, (yeah I didn't even start it at episode 1 ^^; which helps explain my reaction), I thought it was so dumb and one of the most messed up things I'd ever seen. O.e Well it IS disturbing... but you have to give it a second try. After watching it that one time I didn't watch anymore for months. Then around late June I started seeing it around more and noticed it was getting popular. At first I just laughed and disregarded it. I told myself the people who made it had something wrong with them. (I mean come on... the Titans are so messed up, what did anyone think at first?) But then I wondered if MAYBE it got better... so I tried it again and expected not to like it. I watched the first ep, then the second. I wasn't sure if I'd watch more...it was okay. Then I watched the third episode and found myself liking it because for once the apocalypse wasn't going on and the main character wasn't acting so insane. By the fourth episode I was hooked. By the fifth episode I was in love xD It took five episodes for me to become obsessed with this anime! Once I got past the creepiness of the titans I saw how well-made it is. It's really a work of art. The story and characters are some of the very best I've ever seen. It took me a bit to get used to the art style but now I think it's so awesome, and THE CAMERA MOVEMENT xDDD I'm an editor. The camera shots makes me squeal. Not to mention it has like the greatest action...ever. It's the first anime I've loved this much in a really long time.
For years Bleach has been my number one favorite anime because I've never found an anime I could love as much for as many years as Bleach. Shingeki no Kyojin is the first anime in eight years to come close to Bleach for me, so that is awesome xD I can't properly describe my feelings for this show. It is one of the best of the best and I don't think I'm ever going to change my mind.

So now, about the video!

This video is about the bonds between the friends of snk, centering on the main trio (and are they REALLY called the Titan Trio? Sorry, I can't call them that. Too lame ^^;). So yes, this is about Eren, Mikasa and Armin! (and the others show up briefly). If they're not my favorite trio ever then they're one of my top. They are so awesome and perfectly balanced. They really are the PERFECT team, with Eren's will and Mikasa's strength and Armin's brains (lol) they probably will save the world.

I've loved this song for a long time and noticed it's so perfect for this anime. I chose it over Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons and... this video was born. It doesn't have many effects which I hope looks good. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do many effects with SnK. Its footage is so pretty that I feel like changing it at all is just wrong. xD
This anime is super fun to edit to. And this definitely isn't the last snk video you'll be seeing from me. (I hope you've enjoyed!)

P.S: Where are all the good Snk videos? If there are full time editors who seriously edit snk, I can't find them. ;__;
