Finally a full tribute to one of my favorite pairings ever. I've loved them for years. It's been so long since Ulquiorra died, but I still love them. If you want to see me spaz over a pairing, just mention UlquiHime xD
My real goal with this video was to capture the essence of UlquiHime. I hope I did well. I never expected to use this song, but it happened. xD This is my favorite Mumford & Sons song and I realized it really went with these two.
The story of the video is the story of Ulquiorra and Orihime, from beginning to end. I wanted to portray their true relationship as well as some UlquiHime theories that I really love.
One theory is that jealousy drove Ulquiorra to do a lot of what he did, such as killing Ichigo the first time, and then the second time in their final battle. Another theory is that part of Ulquiorra's erratic behavior in the final fight came from the confusion of these new feelings. I believe there is some truth to both of these ideas~
Also, in this video you see Kaien telling Rukia about the heart. I believe Tite Kubo was alluding to Ulquiorra in the scene where Kaien was telling Rukia that when you die, you leave your heart with your friends, and also that your heart forms from connections with other people. Talking about Editing
This video took me too long o—e because I was being slow. I started this video about a year ago, isn't that sad? And then I'd forget about for a while and then come back to it for a week or two, and then forget about it again. I'm so glad it's finally done T—T
At first I went along with the story too much. O_o Because I made Ulquiorra look like too much of a bad guy without meaning to ^^; I know he is an enemy, but it was looking like an anti-ulquihime video, so I had to switch out some scenes with Orihime xD That's where things kinda stray from the story, because I include Orihime yelling at Ulquiorra and stuff. If I hadn't done that, Ulquiorra would have looked way too evil o.e;
I hope this video isn't too boring because it's raw. Mumford & Sons + Long Videos + UlquiHime doesn't mix well with effects. Idk why. The part I'm most worried about is the middle where it gets all golden for a second xD That was an idea I had from the start, and I really wanted to do it. I just hope the time I spent fixing that coloring weren't for nothing.
I also hope the ugly quality of the footage doesn't hurt your eyes. Unfortunately, my footage sucks. T__T At one point it was so pixelated my friend thought I'd added a texture onto it xD I tried to find better footage to replace my old footage, but no sites have bleach anymore. And if they do, it won't convert right, so I'm stuck with awful bleach footage forever (Unless someone knows where I can get high quality AVIs T---T)
Well I don't know what else to say! Except that this video has been waiting to be finished for a long time! And it will probably be the only UlquiHime video I ever do. : ( As much as I love UlquiHime, for some reason it's hard to edit full videos with them. I can't get into it enough. And my footage sucking doesn't help things =---e;

I really love this pairing ; ; Theyre tear-inducing. And so sweet and so meant to be! I really dont care about Jinta and Anaru. Im not against them, and I like that theyre sorta going to end up together... but come on, the real one he was supposed to be with was Menma T T Stupid parents letting your children play by a river!
Anyway, so I wish there were more Jinta/Menma videos... Its weird, but theyre not that many. Theres mostly just AnoHana-in-general videos and then a weird amount of Jinta/Anaru and Anaru/Yukiatsu. For some reason people like to edit with Anaru I guess o.O So I hereby make my contribution to the Jinta/menma collection! I know it isnt much... thats why I really hope I can make another someday. A better one. I have some really good (anoha—this anime) video ideas in my head, but unfortunately they have to compete with allll the others. Bleh why cant editing a video take three hours?

This video was more of a random edit :D If I remember right, I just felt like editing to Jinta and Menma...and this song was the one I felt like editing to most. Its not one of my favorite songs, I was just in the mood for it ^^; Actually, it was a while after starting this video that I began to like the original version by Taylor Swift a lot more than this cover... and then I was sad I didnt use the original. Cuz now, I cant really use the original ever can I? xD
Im sorry the editing isnt very good in this... I think I was trying something new and it didnt work out. But I was lazy and didnt want to go change a third of the video. I know theres too many zooms. I know it gets tiring to look out. Ill try not to do it again. T///T It really was a random edit (sorta) because I didnt stress over making it perfect like I usually do. Although it did take a while to complete... because I was sidetracked with so many other videos :P Oh yeah, it took me too long to get around to uploading this! This story is like the one you know, but not entirely the same...

So I got this idea one day two months ago to make a movie cover for a fake FitzSimmons movie. It was just going to be a picture edit to post on tumblr. Then I thought: why stop there? I got inspired to make a video and I think its turned out successful! I worked on it for a month off and on and had such a fun time. I feel like this is the biggest project Ive done in a while.
The main work was finding the right scenes to use and then using them together to create a story. I hope it turned out okay and I hope its easy to follow. The audio editing was also a PAIN. I wanted to make them have a conversation that never happens and so I would remember bits of audio to use but the audio would never be worded right. Like, I wanted to use the part where he says if you did I dont know what I would do [ep 20 pool scene] but I couldnt find a way to put it in context correctly. But thanks to all the audio tampering I did, I learned things about audio editing. So those are just some of the things I went through during this project.
This video might seem a bit random, but hey Im a S.H.I.E.L.D. fan. And it was fun. And have I mentioned Im a crazy FitzSimmons fangirl?
I wouldve uploaded it a week sooner but some great people on Tumblr created a FitzSimmons week and gave me the perfect opportunity to upload it! Btw FitzSimmons week is from July 13 19. Its been very fun so far! And the theme for today is actually nightmare. Well if you watch my video and think youve just had a nightmare, I think Ive done something wrong...

A little bit ago, I found out Dengeki Daisy was going to end in October. I was very sad ( and Im still really sad) and so I made this. Even though it looks like a tribute to Soichiro, I thought of it as a tribute to the series while making it.
Dengeki Daisy is one of my favorite mangas EVER next to Vampire Knight. It is a beautiful and very exciting story about Teru, an orphan who recently lost her only brother and Daisy, her mysterious protector who she can only contact through the cellphone her brother left her. Shes never met Daisy and doesnt know what he looks like. Recently Kurosaki, her schools custodian has forced Teru to work for him (because hes evil). But Kurosaki seems to care about Teru more than she realizes, and hes always around when shes in trouble...
This manga has a story that looks simple at first but actually becomes very serious with realistic, developing characters and epic romance. What first looks like a teenage story of love turns out to be the story of a hacker with a dark past and the one person who can save him from his guilt (plus danger and conspiracies!) It becomes an intense story with a lot of conflict facing the main characters, and without it being over-the-top. Is it obvious that Im advertising? I am. I know a lot of people have read it, but I dont think enough have... Go read it if youre in search of a new manga.
- btw this video is actually a poor representation of the story xD If youve read the manga, youll get this video! If not... youll think this manga is about a girls brother dying and the rest of the story is her getting over it. NO. Not what its about. Thats part of it but there is waaaaay more stuff going on... and thats a good thing ; ) So dont worry, this isnt a depressive manga xD (but its still a serious and emotional manga...)

This might be the most well-made MMV Ive done yet :D I dont think its my best MMV necessarily, but in this video I actually put some time into the effects. I wanted to give it a graceful style ^^ I was inspired by the many videos Ive seen lately where that lovely text effect is used the one where the text moves with the screen. Eh, maybe its not new...but I feel like Ive seen it around lately. I really love it and once I realized its actually not that hard to do... I had to add it in this video.

After watching that very beautiful video, Ive wanted to put in text that isnt song lyrics. I did that in this video and also in my recent Axel/Xion video. In fact...forget my earlier statement. All my inspiration for this video came from that Attack on Titan MEP xD It is one of the most beautiful videos Ive ever seen!
Im seriously upset that Dengeki Daisy is about to end. T T I dont know what Im going to do once it ends in America...o o Ill also be very mad if Kurosaki doesnt AT LEAST propose to Teru before the end of the series. Seriously. Theyre already there, he just needs to pull out a ring already!! (If Maid-Sama can do it Daisy certainly can xD)
If I had to dedicate this video to someone it would be Ms. Kyousuke Motomi. She is such an amazing mangaka because she can create such a well-written story and such true characters that arent always throwing themselves at each other. I love that this manga is for older teens but stays totally clean. Its such an honorable story and the lessons the characters learn are deep and so realistic. Shes so great :) And Ill be eager to read what she does next.
