I made this mistake and learned this lesson at a young age but post chemo and radiation you get this thing called "chemo brain" but Drs don't want you to call it that. Basically your memory gets wiped out and you don't get to pick and chose what you keep. With chemo brain, you forget a lot of things. You might forget something you've done every day your entire life. You might forget something that's a life lesson you already learned not to do. But it doesn't affect all memory. Sometimes you can still remember the smallest insignificant details about stuff that doesn't even matter like "what color socks where you wearing today 25 years ago" .... yep, that stupid. But honestly, you can ask anyone who knows me in real life and they will tell you I'm a pretty smart person. I know a lot of things about a lot of things because i spent nearly my entire life learning something new every day. Most people i know watch TV or read a book, i read technical manuals and training manuals on stuff not even related to my job or hobbies. I've always said, if you were injured and needed immediate brain surgery or you would die, better hope I'm standing there because i won't be afraid to give it my best shot....i mean, technically you're gonna die anyways so what do we have to lose? But this video is super funny and an example of where i am forced to learn something again i already knew, but forgot due to chemo and radiation.
I know somebody is going to say, why didn't you just drive the mower onto the trailer? And well, see that nice, practically brand new zero turn electric mower stopped working. It wouldn't power on, it wouldn't move, it was dead weight sitting in my building. Yes, it was fully charged. This was also during covid and it took ryobi something like 8 months to finally tell me I needed to take it to a repair shop about a 2 hour drive one-way from where I live to be looked at. It had only been used less than 10 times. Another thing, these aren't designed with any kind of neutral ... if they are in a no startup no move sequence, you got to pull these against the resistance of the electric motors. It would be like trying to push a standard shift jeep by human power while its in gear. Plus, you will also notice like practically everything in life .... its only me getting things done.
