18 hours after I posted this his account is reinstated. I can not state for a fact that it was me, but I can state that I emailed every YouTube contact I know. All that is important is that his account is back and hopefully the exploit used to take him down will be fixed.
Personally I think the guy is an asshole but to be taken down by an impersonation report shows an obvious flaw in the system. Although he is an asshole, I am not aware of any terms of service he has violated. The only thing in my opinion he did do was file a bogus privacy complaint against TheAmazingAtheist and he was rightfully raked over the coals for that.
