Happy Thanksgiving!
For today's feast, I smoked a 15 pound turkey over a mix of cherry and apple wood, injected and basted with a butter / chicken stock mix. I basted it every hour, and the total cook time was 3 hours 45 minutes. The grill ran at 325°F for the full cook, and I laid a foil tent over the bird for the last 45 minutes to keep it from over-browning.
Served with:
Honey/butter roasted sweet potatoes, a recipe I stole from Hilah Johnson. These are a super side dish! Her recipe video is here:

Giblet gravy, made per my mother's recipe, dating back to my childhood days.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon
And cornbread stuffing by Pepperidge Farm, with my own twists.
Served it all on my mother's antique Lenox china, vintage 1941.
It was a feast fit for royalty, but since the Queen of England couldn't make it, I ate it all myself.
