This recipe dates back to the 60s. It was given to me by a friend who had gotten it in Hawaii. Whether it's "officially authentic" or not is unknown, nor does it matter. It's just GOOD! With the added perk that it's VERY easy to make, and essentially foolproof.

Recipe is in the video. I served it with wild rice, and Brussels sprouts sauteed with bacon. All in all a major score of YUM!
