I often wonder how much of my life I would have missed if I had always acted only on my moods and feelings.
In yoga, we talk about Sakshi Bhav.
It simply means watching the mind instead of getting caught in it.
The mind will keep creating stories.
Our job is not to fight them, and not to play them out either.
Just to observe.
To remember that we are not the mind.
We are the one watching it.
And from that space, we still choose to act.
Because movement often changes the mood, not the other way around.
If this resonates, share it with someone who you feel needs to hear this today.
