Former Berkeley County Sheriff's Deputy, Randal Morris Timmons, 61 of Moncks Corner South Carolina, was arrested on October 20th 2023 by SLED Agents and charged with Assault and Battery in the 3rd Degree. The case was called to trial on August 14th 2024 at the Goose Creek Magistrate Court. The Presiding Judge William Daniel Wilson Jr. dismissed the charges, resulting in a disposition of Judicial Dismissal.
