The City of Columbia South Carolina Police Department was in no hurry to accept my Freedom of Information Act Request for the April 8th 2024 traffic camera footage at the intersection of Prescott Road and North Main Street. The Flag of South Carolina is missing on the flag pole, but there are FOIA forms and officer complaint forms readily available in the lobby, along with the ADA coordinator's phone number posted on the wall.
