South Carolina Department of Mental Health Lt. Warren Stocker unlawfully detains, and arrests Eobard Thawne Audits for not listening, and refusing to produce ID.
Stocker lists himself as the complainant, and then knowingly falsifies the incident report.
Stocker admits to detaining Eobard for attempting to walk away, after telling him he was trespassing. He also admits to activating body cameras only after Eobard was handcuffed.
Stocker then claims that Eobard was being disorderly for protesting his unlawful detainment.
All because there's a "No Filming Allowed" sign (that he doesn't have to show you because it doesn't exist) at the gate.
