2013 Pine Ridge Chief of Police William Bruce Parker detains a Youtuber at a checkpoint in Lexington County South Carolina. He's ordered to pull over to secondary, for not answering questions. He's accused of being a Sovereign Citizen. Chief Parker then threatens to arrest him, and tow his vehicle. The chief, Billy Parker, aka County 870 refuses to identify, and claims he's not required by law to answer questions. Then the chief demands for the driver to pull off and exit the checkpoint.
