Fighting her with a Vamp Condition Build. With this build the fight is rather easy because the more condition damage that you do the more heal you are going to get.

In this fight i will be using a staff so that i can place the marks and hit her and the clones to deal damage and slowing them while healing from their pain.

Although the nercro is the only class that doesn't have a invulnerability skill he has 2 good slowing skills which are :

The 3rd staff skill which chills for about 5sec

Then the Signet of Spite that as a passive it gives you power and when active it will do 6 types of conditions in which 13sec cripple is the most important.
