For this fight, I'm using Razor as my main DPS. Bennett is for fire resonance and burst. Diona for def debuff reaction and shield. Amber is for fire resonance and to break the final electro thingies.

I hope this video helps in understanding how the boss works and gives you an idea of how to best utilize cryo for the def debuff to boost physical damage since the boss will apply electro on itself when it falls.
