I described the video for 'orelle' as being 'for fans of Berlin school of ambient, electronic, synth, bleeps/bloops, experimental sound, Tangerine Dream, Orbital, space'; you can add in downtempo shamanic mantra drones and soundscapes (any Shibalba or Radio Massacre International fans out there?), ritualistic and hypnotic waves of safety to the bigger picture of this release. guru bobol's music is something to trustfully disappear inside, to soundtrack your self-reflective moments, to deep listen, think, focus and ponder on all existence and creativity.
I found his sounds about a year ago, and since have listened to most of the releases on his page. I know I will continue to revisit many times due to the nature of depth and subtle intricacies in each one, and 'estranje' is no exception to this standard. I am incredibly proud to be able to share guru bobol's sounds further into the world.
