The concept is best told by project puppetmaster Marc Whitworth... "No Stars Tonight" is a concept album that repurposes the raw, unfiltered outrage of public online reviews of random products & services into rage-filled lyrics.
Channelling fury from complaints about allergy medications to air fryers, "No Stars Tonight" vomits a visceral blend of noise, sludge, grind, electronic metal, and distortion. Brace yourself for a cathartic journey through the furious and oftentimes hilarious chaos of consumer discontent."
Featuring a range of guest artists from Frankenbok, Tongue Scum, Convulsing, Black Aleph, Midasuno, Conduction and Five Star Prison Cell, this 10-track album is a tribute to the first-world problems of the frustrated, the cheated, and the infuriated.
