00:00 - Passing "Sir, Yes Sir!" whilst obtaining the EC2 (Exclusive Secondary Color) Grey3 Patriot

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. With that said, there is NO REASON TO OBTAIN THIS from the Mission IF AND ONLY IF your Platform and Version has a Patriot in which spawns inside of Fort Baxter, the Army Base. It's the SAME EXACT EC2 Patriot featured in this Mission and you can ALWAYS obtain it. The easiest way is simply wearing the Police Outfit and then going into there and stealing the Patriot. Simple as that. I know for a fact that the Patriot spawns inside of there on PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition. It's highly likely to spawn inside of there on Xbox, too, but I can't be certain. It ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT spawn on PS2, yet, it in fact DOES SPAWN on PS4! Interestingly enough, if you're playing on PCSX2 (PS2 Emulator), the Patriot will ALSO spawn inside of there! So, depending on where you're playing, this can be a one time only Special Vehicle and after passing this Mission, you can no longer acquire the same EC2 Patriot!
I don't think the Patriot featured in "Gun Runner" or "Boomshine Saigon" is the same EC2 Patriot. Also, the Patriot that spawns on Prawn Island inside of the Film Studio is not the same, as well.
The EC2 on this Patriot can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Patriot.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20552 (Version 1.40) of GTA Vice City for PS2.
