This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Make sure you stand in the same spot as I am in the Video when you begin to shoot OG Loc and fail the Mission. Also, right as the Mission fails, be sure to turn the camera around as quickly as you can. It is possible that it vanishes time to time if you're not quick enough and/or standing in the right spot!
The PCJ-600 featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - Before storing the AP PCJ-600 in the Garage, it will always have that skid mark effect coming from the back tire. This is only temporary, though, because once you store it in the Garage, it's gone.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
