04:25 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Sanchez
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
I do NOT recommend obtaining this Sanchez because of how much storage space the player currently has at this time and because it costs a Mission Failure as does the second instance. There is a THIRD instance which can happen as late as San Fierro and it doesn't require you to fail the Mission in order to obtain it.
The Sanchez featured in the Mission has SET Traffic Default Colors (Taxi Yellow) and does not change upon reloading the Mission. The Colors are not special.
Fun Fact - There's an AP Sanchez also in a Side Mission called "Kickstart." In my mind, it's still requiring OM0 since you need a Phone Call for this to work, like any other OM0 Method.
