Time Stamps:

00:00 - Acquiring the Mod Menu by using the Takeoff Lesson in Flight School
06:00 - Getting a Vehicle I want to convert into EC/EC2/EM (Exclusive Color, Exclusive Secondary Color, and Exclusive Modification)
06:05 - Changing the Primary (EC) and Secondary Color (EC2) of the Dune as well as giving it some possible Modifications (EM) and then exiting the Transfender with the EC/EC2/EM Dune
08:55 - Showing off the EC/EC2/EM Dune

This Method will ONLY WORK for Mobile and the Definitive Edition because it's the only Platform/Version that allows this Method using Flight School. This does NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, or PC with this Method.

Every time you see me press Pause and Unpause after I enter/exit a Vehicle while the whole Flight School Takeoff Lesson is going is because if I don't, the Lesson would cancel. For whatever reason, if you play with a Controller unlike Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you can't just enter/exit a Vehicle. You have to hold the button to enter/exit, press Pause, let go of the enter/exit button, then Unpause and now you can freely move. Rinse and repeat the process every single time you want to enter/exit a Vehicle. This goes for Nintendo Switch and all that jazz, too. If you are exclusively on the PC Platform and playing the Definitive Edition and are using Keyboard/Mouse Controls, you won't have to Pause/Unpause like shown here.

I enter Flight School and select the Takeoff Lesson. I leave the Plane doing what I explained above. I go to Transfender. I CANCEL the Takeoff Lesson at the same time as I enter the Red Marker and acquire the Mod Menu. I then restart the Takeoff Lesson. I then HOLD the exit Vehicle button until the Mission fails. I then find the AC Tower (Safehouse) to regain vision.

Know that converting MULTIPLE Vehicles in VARIOUS Garages is totally possible. If these kind of Conversions interest you, and you want to see it done on a mass quantity of Vehicles, then check this Video out - youtube.com/watch?v=GJyQUEt7LLY - He's using "The Green Sabre" but you can obviously do the same thing in Free Roam after acquiring the Mod Menu with Flight School.

Obviously, you want to convert some kind of Vehicle that normally wouldn't be able to enter the Mod Garage to maximize the value of your converted Vehicle. For instance, the Dune I chose to convert in the Video can't enter any Mod Garage under normal circumstances. Neither can other certain Vehicles, as well as Vans/Trucks or Planes/Helicopters, etc. If you'd be converting let's say a Washington, it's not going to be special other than the possible SECONDARY Color you put on it because a Washington can enter a Mod Garage normally and change the PRIMARY Color at any given time, as well as give it many possible kinds of Modifications. So, none of those would be special. Only the possible SECONDARY Color since it's the only thing you couldn't change under normal circumstances on said Washington!

ANY Vehicle that CJ can sit inside and drive/fly can be converted into EC/EC2/EM. However, not ALL Vehicles will show a Primary and/or Secondary Color change due to these kind of Vehicles having only one VISIBLE Color Area or a Livery, instead. An example would be the HPV1000 which has a Livery. You can change Color 1 and 2, but it'll visually look the same as it did before, despite now being EC/EC2. Note that NOT ALL MODS WILL WORK! Some of them will crash the game, depending on which Vehicle you're trying to modify and with which modification.

Note that the FINAL Vehicle you convert into EC/EC2/EM will be the one you will be taking out of the Mod Garage at the end. So if you were to convert a Maverick, this would be in the Mod Garage at the end. You obviously can't just fly it out in most cases, so you'll need to push it out, obviously.

Note that you not only can use Transfender, but also Loco Low Co. and Wheel Arch Angels for EC/EC2/EM Conversions. By using those Mod Garages, you can get far more EM's on your Vehicles and even making them look deformed and very strange. Using Loco Low Co. - youtube.com/watch?v=U4whg41v4vQ and using Wheel Arch Angels - youtube.com/watch?v=yzJNBsl36_U and here is the EM Greenwood from "Reuniting the Families" being converted to EM in Free Roam rather than being obtained from the Mission itself - youtube.com/watch?v=Uo4dvwW4dL0

Any time you do an EC/EC2/EM Conversion, it's recorded in the Stats by the Vehicle Modification Budget Stat found in the Pause Menu, so keep that in mind! The more EC/EC2/EM Conversions you do, the higher all of these Stats will be!

I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
