This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It's unknown if this Method works or not on Definitive Edition with any type of Controls. It's been tested with Keyboard and Mouse Controls, but the Sanchez never appears to be at Ammunation when all is said and done.

As you load up your Save, already be HOLDING the Accelerate/Sprint Button. When you can take control of Tommy and are still holding the button down, run on foot to the Stadium. After entering the Stadium still holding the button down, mount the Sanchez. If you'd like to skip the Cutscene, release the button and then once again press and hold it. Once you are able to begin to drive, now press and hold the Handbrake Button. You want to continue to hold the Accelerate Button AND Handbrake Button (for steering and control) until the FINAL collected Checkpoint. After you go into the final Checkpoint and the Mission is passing, you want to be fully stopped and then press Left or Right to scroll through the Ammunation Menu Items. As the screen is fading to black, press the Exit Vehicle Button and if done successfully, the AP Sanchez will have been teleported to Ammunation and waiting for you.
When you return to Ammunation, you'll notice you can't just hop onto the AP Sanchez and drive it back to a Garage. You'll need to use Tommy's body to get it out of Ammunation and then a random Vehicle to push it back to the Garage. After the Garage closes down on it, you can then drive it.
Note that the EARLIEST you can obtain the AP Sanchez would be right at the beginning of the game, however, you can also obtain it as late as after 100% and anywhere in between. It's up to you when you see fit to obtain it at which time.
The Sanchez featured in the Mission has Traffic Default Colors and changes upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - While the Sanchez indeed does have the DP Property, it CAN NOT be tested and shown in-game! The DP Property on any Motorcycle as well as any Boat is "invisible" and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. So when it comes to this particular Sanchez, only the BP/EP/FP Properties can be tested and shown in-game!
