Time Stamps:
00:00 - Passing "Bar Brawl" whilst obtaining the AP (All Proof) PCJ 600
10:25 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP PCJ 600
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
The Rhino's Cannon works a bit differently on the Definitive Edition. You CAN NOT swivel it left or right, or 180 degrees behind you unless you press the proper buttons to look behind you whilst sitting in the Rhino. You'll have to use your judgement on when you should look behind and begin firing the Rhino's Cannon. It absolutely works because I have obtained it myself for my own Definitive Edition Save File.
Note that depending on which Platform and Version you're playing on, traffic can actually spawn during the Cutscene and mess you up. This makes it a bit more annoying because you have to get lucky that the Rhino doesn't hit any Vehicles when it rolls into the AP PCJ 600's and blows them up.
For unknown reasons, sometimes the AP PCJ 600 won't have any Properties at all and be a normal PCJ 600 when you test the Properties after restoring it in the Garage. There are many theories as to why this is. The most plausible theory is due to the fact after the Rhino rolls into the first of two PCJ 600's and blows it up, it doesn't always REMAIN blown up. It can actually "get up" by itself even when it's wrecked and drive a bit forward and then the Mission passes after that. This outcome is problematic! You want to have the Rhino roll into the first of two AP PCJ 600's and blow it up immediately and then have it land anywhere on the ground and REMAIN THERE. Then the Mission SHOULD pass right after that as long as the second AP PCJ 600 drove into the Rhino. Even if the Mission does not pass for another second or two while the second PCJ 600 is on fire and momentarily about to explode and the Mission to pass, the first initial AP PCJ 600 should have kept the AP Properties successfully.
The PCJ 600's featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special.
Fun Fact - While the PCJ 600 indeed does have the DP Property, it CAN NOT be tested and shown in-game! The DP Property on any Motorcycle as well as any Boat is "invisible" and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. So when it comes to this particular PCJ 600, only the BP/EP/FP Properties can be tested and shown in-game!
Fun Fact 2 - There's another Method to obtain the AP PCJ 600, however, it requires OM0 (On Mission = 0) and leaves a PERMAMENT BLIP on your Radar. It's NOT recommended to use that Method!
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20552 (Version 1.40) of GTA Vice City for PS2.
